ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Each nail is custom made and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. Stoned Metal meticulously fits each nail to the individual finger-which is why an accurate, well done cast is so important. Hand cast quality is the responsibility of the customer, see FAQs for more details.

Every nail order will include a phone appointment with Willie to discuss individual nail order details. Changes can be made during this appointment, but no refunds will be offered once order is confirmed during this appointment. You can cancel your order for a full refund if you have not yet met with Willie or decide it is not a good fit during the appointment. Customers are responsible for making a hand cast and shipping it to Stoned Metal. We will discuss casting during phone appointment with our newest and best recommendations.
